I like Teddy Roosevelt very much. He was one of the smartest, most accomplished men who ever became president. And he was honest.
He had a big ego, but who doesn't? Barack Obama?
I think TR was admirable in many, many ways. As you say, he was accomplished, honest and a patriot. It says more about Beck than TR when Beck lumps him and all other progressives into the same boat as Communists and the New Left.
